You have 30 days to process the return, it is very simple, you just have to send an email to devoluciones@hedara.com, with your order number, and within a maximum period of 24 hours we will contact you to proceed with the return .

All our jewelry has a 1-year warranty from the day your order is delivered, against defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

Under this warranty, HEDARA will replace* manufacturing defects within 1 year.

This guarantee does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear, damage, or loss of the jewelry or part of it.

*If the warranty request is made after 30 days from receipt of the purchase, our quality team will review the case. If the necessary conditions are met, we will proceed with the replacement of the jewel. If replacement is not possible, we will issue a gift card for the value of the damaged jewelry.
